Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

There are three terms per academic year.  Term lengths vary between 9-13 weeks depending on the school calendar, hall availability, teacher's courses and pupil's examinations.  We plan to provide a minimum of 30 classes per year and fees are based on 10 classes per term, even if more are offered for free.  When the timetable changes, refunds are not offered, as we do not fall below 30 classes per year, in some classes we are able to offer 33 or more classes per year.

Fees are payable in full and 3 weeks in advance of each term starting.

Fees are non-refundable once a school term has commenced and are payable in the three ways listed below.

First or trial lessons at the school are not free of charge.

Families of our pupils are invited twice per year to view classes, usually once in the Autumn Term and once in the Summer Term.

NO NUT Policy

We have a NO NUT Policy in every building in which we teach, reahearse and perform.  We take this very seriously and allow no exceptions to the rule.

School Discipline and Behaviour

Our dance school prides itself on respect between both pupils and teachers, therefore we expect exemplary behaviour and good manners at all times.
